Funny Bone Comedy Night is a place where local, regional and National touring standup comedians perform.
It is located inside the Red Gill Bistro which is attached to The Wyndham Garden Hotel located at 4660 Salisbury Rd. Jacksonville FL 32256.
You must be 20 years old to get in and 21 with a valid state issued ID to drink.
Funny Bone Comedy Night is open every Friday Night. Doors are at 7:15 PM till show is over. The Red Gill Bistro opens at 5pm for Dinner and drinks before the show.

Seeing a Show
Advance Tickets: Funny Bone Comedy Night offers advance tickets for all of our shows that are not free. Buying advance tickets usually saves you a couple of bucks, but more importantly, it guarantees you a seat, as our ticketing system will never over sell advance tickets. We have electronic check in for advance tickets, so no need to print out your voucher. Let’s save a tree!
Tickets at the Door: If you’d like to chance it, go for it. Live life on the edge! But we recommend arrive 30 minutes prior if you’re a chancer so you can snag what tickets are left at the door.
We typically begin seating 30 minutes before the show begins. However, The Red Gill Bistro is now open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Arrive early to eat or hang out at the bar. If you want to eat and drink during the show, you can do so, too!
No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the building. A staff member will ask you to discard your food/drink if you bring it into the facility. CLICK HERE to see our menu!
We’re a comedy theater, so we’re all pretty happy around here. But we do have Happy Hour specials every day, 4-7pm at The Red Gill Bistro our hosting location.
Funny Bone Comedy Night accepts all major credit cards for admission to shows and at our bar.
Absolutely NO video or audio recording is permitted without explicit permission from both the Venue manager and performers. Still photography is allowed without flash.
Performing
Please email us at info@funnybonecomedynight.com with all of your information and any content or video that will help us determine if you are the right fit for us.
- An email will be sent out by Saturday afternoon with a list of confirmed performers for the following Friday Night event. To keep your spot you must help promote the show and lineup.
- Due to the high volume of submissions, we will not be able to accommodate all comedians every week.
- One submission per comic, please. Multiple submissions will not improve your chances of getting on.
- Please double check your email upon submission, typos will result in you not receiving the list.
- The hosts reserve the right to deny any submission. Your submission does not guarantee you a spot.
- Funny Bone Comedy Night does not have any requirements when it comes to your material, however the hosts reserve the right to cut your time short should you convey any hate speech or content use to belittle or insult any race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or group of people. Any misconduct towards staff, audience, fellow performers, or the building itself could result in you being asked to leave.
We do not pay every opening act. But some acts do get paid depends on there draw and the content. If you have faith in your product and think you can sell tickets to people you know that want to see you perform we do offer a ticket split, you will just need to talk to the venue manager.
